Bajpur Encroachment has been demolished from the middle of the road in Narpatnagar, Bijarkhata on Rampur-Bajpur road in UP area bordering the state border. Due to this, other citizens including traders of Bajpur city have been scared. Traders say that funds have been sanctioned to build bypasses in both towns in Swar and Tanda region of UP. On the same lines, bypass will also be constructed on Haldwani State Highway in Bajpur. Notices have been sent to all the shopkeepers coming within a radius of 55 and 50 feet from Lonivi on the main road. In the past, SDM Dr. Amrita Sharma along with the joint team of the police, the municipality removed the roadside phads and stalks from Ramraj Road. There has been doubt among traders about the removal of encroachment. The business class is worried about this. Nagri traders Happy Suri, Vicky, Matin have demanded the removal of periphery standard encroachments for both side drains on the main road.
