The villagers demonstrated in the Collectorate campus in protest. The villagers have warned to agitate by lockout in the school on taking charge of the headmaster. On Thursday, the villagers of Bisani submitted a memorandum to the DM that the headmaster posted in the school was attached to Rumavi Dhungatoli in Pithoragarh after the allegations of financial, administrative irregularity etc. Again, the headmaster is being posted in this school. The former disputed headmaster will not be allowed to take charge in the rural school again. If he forcibly takes charge, the parents will be obliged to send their children’s name from the school and send them to school elsewhere.
