Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Uttarkashi, the frontier village of Uttarakhand today. Here, he first offered prayers at the Ganga temple at Mukhaba, the winter migration of Maa Ganga. The PM took blessings by offering special prayers to the mother Ganga for 20 minutes. After this, PM Modi looked at Harshil’s beautiful litigants. The PM looked at the litigants from Mukhba temple and Harshil View Point. After this, the PM flagged off tracking and bike rally in Harshil. The priest of Yamunotri Dham is also excited by the arrival of PM. Manmohan Uniyal, chairman of the former Panch Laga Committee, said that the rejuvenation of Yamunotri, the first chief pilgrimage of the neglected Chardham over the years, is expected to be rejuvenated.
