According to the police, Narendra Kumar resident Mohalla Shakrawala Peeth Bazar Jagjitpur had complained that his family was sleeping inside the house on Sunday night. Then someone entered the house and stole three pairs of earrings, a gold locket, the mother’s locket, a silver garland, hand ring etc. On getting up in the morning, the goods were found scattered. The accused was imprisoned in CCTV installed at home.
I Police Officer Manoj Nautiyal said that the accused was identified on the basis of CCTV. The accused Kuldeep resident Peeth Bazar Kankhal was arrested near Jagjitpur flyover. The stolen jewelery was recovered from the possession of the accused. He was produced in court and sent to jail.
