Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting the winter migration site Mukhba and Harshil on Thursday to convey the message of Chardham Winter Yatra, Mukhaba and Harshil, the winter migration site of Gangotri Dham in the frontier district of Uttarkashi.

PM will arrive at Dehradun Airport at Jolly Grant at 8:05 pm by special aircraft of the Indian Air Force. From here he will fly from MI-17 to Uttarkashi. First he will visit the winter migration site Mukhba and after that he will address a public meeting in Harshil. Governor Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh (Seni) and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will also be present with him.
