Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting the winter migration site Mukhba and Harshil on Thursday to convey the message of Chardham Winter Yatra, Mukhaba and Harshil, the winter migration site of Gangotri Dham in the frontier district of Uttarkashi. PM will come to Dehradun Airport in Jolly Grant by special aircraft of the Indian Air Force.
