In the new colony of Kalagarh, a forest worker has been accused of strangling his wife and killing him. The father of the deceased has given a complaint to the police, in which a case of murder has been registered against other in -laws including her husband. He also accused the son -in -law of a love affair with another woman. At the same time, the Panchnama and post -mortem of the body has been done in the presence of a magistrate in Kotdwar.

Aman Khan, a forest worker in Housing No.227 of Kalagarh, lives with his family. On Sunday evening, his wife Tehziba (19) died under suspicious circumstances. The body was taken to Base Hospital Kotdwar for post -mortem, while Aman Khan was taken into custody by the police.
According to the information, Aman Khan was married to Tahziba, daughter of Mansoor Khan, a resident of Kasampurgarhi, Bijnor, in January this year (2025). Tahziba’s father Mansoor Khan says that no one picked up Tehziba when he called Tahajiba.
After some time, neighbors revealed that Tahziba had died. On hearing this, when he reached Kalagarh with his second daughter, he saw that Tehziba’s body was lying on the bed and everyone was absconding from the house. Mansoor Khan alleged that the in -laws were constantly harassing Tehziba for dowry.
