Kotdwar News: Many guldars seen in villages of Ekeshwar block

Three to four guldars are seen in the affected villages even after Guldar, who was imprisoned in a cage on Thursday night in Vangarh Tok of Pipli village of Akeshwar block. Due to which there is panic among the villagers.
