Kotdwar News: Buses not found for Delhi-NCR from Kotdwar, people splashed

Another weekend brought trouble for people returning to Delhi and NCR areas. People kept splashing due to lack of buses from Kotdwar to Delhi, NCR areas. A few buses arrived, on which a crowd of people broke.
