17 students also stranded in Iran
Apart from pilgrims, 17 students from Mangalore area are also stranded in Iran. These students are getting education in various madrasas there for Islamic studies. Every year they get a holiday before Moharram and return to India. But this time the war has destroyed his return.

The son studying in Iran is not being able to contact for three days
Maulana Sibte Hasan said that his son has been living in Iran for three years and is gaining training. He has not been contacted for the last three days. He is worrying about the son. He has demanded the Government of India to bring back all Indians trapped in Iran safely.
Mohammad Rahat, Mushir, Imam Ali, Qasim, Sartaj, Maulana Zeeshan Ali, Mohammad Shah Raza, Mohammad Tabrej, Mohammad Rahib, Maulana Mohsin Ali, Maulana Abul Hasan, Ali Khan, Hasan Raza, Aale Hasan, Ahsan, Shakir etc. have said that their children have also gone to Iran to get education. He told that for the last several days, children are not being contacted by phone. Their concerns about Israel’s airstrikes on Iran have increased. In what conditions the children are, no information is available. He has demanded the Government of India to bring back their children from Iran.
