Seeing Holi festival, the Champawat administration has come on alert mode. The Food Department has been instructed to check regularly to check the quality and standards of food items at sweets and grocery stores in the district. Special teams have also been formed for this. The main objective of the administration is to ensure that foods sold during Holi, especially sweets, are safe for health.
