Former GMOU president Jeet Singh Patwal told the allegations baseless
Kotdwar. Former GMOU president Jeet Singh Patwal has described all the allegations against him on behalf of the GMOU Bachao Sangharsh Samiti. Said that GMOU Bachao Sangharsh Samiti has no relation with GMOU. GMOU is a public guarantee company. The committee has no right to investigate financial irregularities in the company. If GMOU has to investigate financial irregularities, then get it done through the court. It is alleged that former operator of the company Mahavir Singh Rawat is giving false and unfounded figures to hide and save himself from the year 2013-14 to 2016-17, presenting the CA investigation report. It is not the CA of the company. The committee has prepared a report by putting arbitrary figures through a lawyer of income tax. If the said report is correct, then he should go to the competent court. We will follow the court’s decision. For this, he will personally file a defamation case against former operator Mahavir Singh Rawat and Investigation Committee.
