The Metropolitan Congress Committee burnt the effigy of BJP state in -charge Dushyant Gautam at Kishan Nagar Chowk. Metropolitan President Dr. Jaswinder Singh Gogi targeted the BJP, calling Gautam’s statement as embarrassing on the Kedarnath air accident. He said that the government’s silence on the arbitrariness of heli companies shows that he does not care about the life of the common man. The Congress demanded that the monitoring of heli services be increased and the responsibility of accidents should be fixed. Many senior Congress officials and workers were present in the demonstration.
