Dipankar Saha, a resident of E-Black of Transit Camp, said in the Tahrir at the police station that he had gone to the wedding of his friend Ankit Das, who lives in the area on Tuesday night. Two youths living in the ward also came to the wedding. During the ceremony, both the youths asked for three thousand rupees for the liquor party.
