Agastyamuni. On 21 June, the AYUSH Department organized the Run for Yoga program to commemorate the eleventh International Yoga Day. On this occasion, the importance of public awareness and health towards yoga was discussed. On Monday, 40 participants participated in the Run for Yoga held from sports ground to CHC at Block Headquarters. District Ayurvedic and Unani Officer Dr. Raghuveer Singh said that yoga is not just an exercise but a lifestyle which strengthens mental, physical and spiritual balance. Programs like Run for Yoga promotes interest and understanding towards health and yoga in society.
