Kichha Congress MLA Tilak Raj Behad has been charged with serious allegations of protecting the land mafia and putting unethical pressure on administrative officials. Former BJP MLA Rajesh Shukla staged a sit -in at the Collectorate Gate regarding this matter. Shukla alleged that the Congress MLAs are pressurizing the administrative officials to hide their old exploits.
