Kotdwar News: Drinking water crisis in 12 villages of Dudhkhal, the villagers are drying up in the tussle of two departments

Drinking water crisis has deepened from the last fortnight in a dozen villages, including Dudhkhal town of Jaiharikhal development block. Rural drinking water is forced to carry water on the head from the drinking water sources located on the outer loops of the village.
